Miramar
Located in Southwest Broward, just north of the Broward/Miami-Dade county
line, Miramar is home to more Fortune 500 companies than any other city
in Florida. It is home to mostly young families, many of whom work in the
Miami area. The price range of both new construction and existing homes is
from $200,000 to over $2,700,000 |

Weston City
Weston is several miles southwest of the Broward County seat, Fort
Lauderdale. It is northwest of Miami-Dade county and may be found
immediately west of I-75 and south of I-595.
The original Weston core was a
multi-use real estate development of the Arvida Corporation, and when the
grand opening took place in the late 70s, the company was a subsidiary of
the Disney Corporation. Recently, the residents voted to incorporate as the
City of Weston, and shortly afterwards, neighboring communities to the north
(Bonaventure) and south were invited to join in the city. Single family
homes range in price from $200,000 to $5,000,000.

Pinecrest
Incorporated in 1996, this close-in family oriented neighborhood is defined
by its acre properties and fine schools. It is considered one of the most
desirable areas in which to live in Miami-Dade County. There are
approximately 20,000 residents living in the 8 square miles comprising the
Village of Pinecrest. Residences range in price from $ 350,000 to $

Coconut Grove
One of Miami's most charming and historic neighborhoods, reputed for its
eclectic blend of chic, trendy and Bohemian, the Grove is the place to play

This enchanting, lush tropical village is considered the oldest and most
important settlement in Florida because of its location on the edge of
Biscayne Bay's tropical blue waters offering distinctive properties in a

Gables
In the past 30 years, the City has experienced healthy growth, which has
bolstered the economic base. Today, Coral Gables is home to 150
multinational companies, 21 consulates and trade offices and a number of
fine art galleries. It is also known as the Fine Dining Capital of South
Florida and has the highest concentration of live theater in Miami-Dade
County. Growth in
the commercial sector has brought a wealth of new activities for residents,
including nighttime entertainment, live music, casual and fine dining, and
new retail options

Homestead
Lies near the southern-most tip of Florida, where sunny days are in the

manatee. To the east and south are Biscayne Bay and its underwater national
